with Farm, Food, Family-Fun Better Than Ever
The Warren County Fair, running July 18 through July 23 at the Fairgrounds in Lebanon, will open with a jam-packed entertainment schedule, exciting livestock and equine shows, nostalgic deep-fried food, live music, and thrilling rides for the whole family.
“Where else can you bring the entire family for a grassroots, affordable, educational experience for only $10 a person, including rides?” said Gene Steiner, Executive Director, Warren County Fairgrounds & Event Center. “If families are looking for a summer stay-cation, they can take the scenic drive to the Fairgrounds just North of Historic downtown Lebanon and get a full week of fun.”
Fair goers can expect some classic favorites that have been enjoyed for generations. 4-H youth will display and exhibit the projects they have worked hard on all year, from STEM projects to animal projects and everything in between. In addition, Warren County’s nationally-recognized Animal & Me program allows individuals with developmental disabilities to learn how to work with their animals alongside a 4-H youth mentor.
Open class vignettes will be proudly displayed with antiques, baked goods, flowers, and more. Farm equipment will be on display, along with a petting zoo. On the midway, there will be non-stop entertainment with a celebrity hog show, live music, beer garden, local vendors, Jeep rally, classic car show, cornhole tournament, and all the fair-food favorites.
Visitors can expect spectacular attractions for 2022, including KOI Drag Racing, Harness Racing, a Demolition Derby, Remote Control car races, and premiering for the first time - the adrenaline-packed Monster Truck Extravaganza.
