Pick up time for vehicles will be April 6th, from 8 AM to 2 PM! If you cannot pick up your vehicle by the 6th, it can stay through April but you will be charged for the month of April after the 6th!
From October 7th, 2023 - March 30th, 2024, we are still accepting vehicles!
We have three areas available.
Enclosed Barns: $100 per month/under 40'
$125 per month/over 40'
Open Pavilion: 23,000Sq Ft under roof (no sides)
$75 per month/under 40'
$100 per month/over 40'
Campground: Secured open area
$50 per month/under 40'
$75 per month/over 40'
Minimum two month deposit upon check in.
Balance paid upon pick up no later than March 30th.
Vehicles will not be processed without checking in through the office located in the Event Center.
These storage areas are located in barns and outdoors. We do recommend vehicles are securely tarped/covered.
During storage there is NO trickle charging or service/repairs.
If you must have access to your vehicle during storage there will be a $70 access charge out and a $70 charge back in.
The vehicle owner must provide their own insurance coverage. WCAS is not responsible for any damages during storage.
* Please call the office and we can make arrangements for you to drop your vehicle at the fairgrounds and staff can put them in storage when they are available. You must fill our your paperwork first in the office. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PROPER PAPERWORK.
Stall Rental
The Warren County Fairgrounds offers 500 stalls for rent as well as available tack rooms and corrals. Horsemen have access to the half-mile track which is maintained by Grounds staff to ensure training year-round. In addition, there is a jog track, tack shop, and track kitchen on site. The Fairgrounds is a short drive from both Miami Valley Gaming and Racing as well as Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway.
