To make entries in this department, exhibitors must purchase a 2025 Warren County Fair Membership ticket or season pass. Youth 17 years and under may enter under a parent’s membership ticket or season pass. New for 2025: You may make Open Class entries without purchasing a Membership ticket or season pass by paying a $10 Open Class entry fee. This fee does not include an entry pass for the fair.
Warren County 4-H members are permitted and encouraged to make entries in this department. The purchase of a 4-H entry pass for the fair allows you to make entries in this open class department. Entries cannot be the same specimen as their Junior Fair entry.
There will be youth (18 years and under as of January 1, 2025) and adult divisions for each department and class listed except the Antique Tractors department.
Other than purchasing a membership ticket, season pass or paying a $10 Open Class entry fee, there are no additional costs for entering this department.
Ribbons will be awarded to the top five in each class. Rosettes will be awarded to the Department Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show. Youth and adult departments and classes will be judged separately. Cash awards will be given for first place in each class ($10) and for second place in each class ($5).

The Quilting classes this year will be limited to baby quilts. There will be two crochet classes this year, crocheted baby blankets or crocheted stuffed animals. Exhibitors will be given the option to donate their quilts, blankets, or stuffed animals to the WCAS at the conclusion of the fair. All donated items will be given to a local charitable organization or hospital. Due to laundering requirements to donate these items to local charities, all donated items must be able to be laundered.
