Fair Parking & Camping

Preferred parking agreements must be signed and paid by June 1st to secure your space for the 2025 Fair.  The fee for a preferred parking space is $40.  Call or stop in office for limited amount of additional parking spaces available for purchase.

Campsite agreements will be sent via email and must be completed, signed, and postmarked by May 31st. Payment in full must be received with the agreement to reserve your camp spot. Campsites will be forfeited and offered for auction if payment is not received by the deadline or eligibility cannot be confirmed. Available sites will be offered at the campsite auction on June 14th at 9am at the fairgrounds electric campground.   Available sites will be marked day of auction.

Parking hang tags and campsite hangtags (camp unit and camp parking permits) will be available in the Sr. Fair office June 28 through July 13th. All hangtags must be picked up and in place on first day of Fair, July 14th.   Parking hangtags must me displayed in the vehicle that is parked .  If there is no hangtag or parked in the wrong spot, the owner of the vehicle will be towed at owners expense.
