There are 3 terms available:

1 position is open for a 1 year term

1 position is open for a 2 year term

4 positions are open for a 3 year term

To apply, you must purchase a $35 WCAS membership pass. To purchase a pass, you must be 18 years of age and live within Warren County.

Elections for the Warren County Agricultural Society (WCAS) Board of Directors are held each year during the Warren County Fair. You must be 18 years old and a resident of Warren County and hold a membership in the Warren County Agricultural Society (WCAS) in order to vote for the Board. Membership passes can be purchased through Monday of Fair by 4 PM in the main office. In order to purchase a membership pass, you must have a valid driver's license with you.

Elections for the WCAS Board was held during the Fair, Saturday on the Fairgrounds,

9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

This election shall be conducted by the Board of Directors or by competent persons appointed by the Board for that purpose and shall conform to the Rules and Regulations of the Ohio Department of Agriculture as are then in force and effect. The casting of votes by proxy shall not be permitted. All members must show valid identification and hold a membership ticket to vote.
