Buyer Registration
2024 Buyer Registration
Every buyer is required to complete a new buyer registration each year.

By signing below, I hereby agree and affirm that in exchange for obtaining the ability to bid on lots at the auction:

I am acting as an agent for the above-listed company and have the necessary authority to act on behalf of the company listed above.
Both the company and I, the buyer, will be responsible for all obligations arising from this agreement, and for purchases made at this auction using this bidder number.
Buyer and company will pay reasonable attorney fees to the Warren County Agricultural Society related to any breach of this agreement.
Any past breach of this agreement or outstanding payments owed to WCAS will be grounds for denial of buyer registration.
All bidders/ agents will be expected to sign this statement of financial responsibility in order to participate in the Jr. Fair Livestock Sale.
All individual buyer payments are due by the end of the auction by cash, check or credit card. If your company needs to be invoiced, please make prior arrangements.
Note: Bidder/ agent (billing contact) is the party responsible for the payment.
All buyer registrations require personal identification and complete contact/ billing information.
