Facility Rental & Storage

Winter storage will be open beginning October 1st!  We have open arrival days on Saturday, October 3rd from 8:00am – 12:00pm and also on Wednesday, October 7th from 8:00am to 3:00pm, then 6:00pm – 8:00pm.  We will also take appointments between October 1stand October 17th – PLEASE do not just show up expecting to be able to pull right in without an appointment.  When you arrive, you MUST stop by the office and fill out your paperwork before moving back to the barns.

This year, we have the Cincinnati Nights of Lights at the fairgrounds.  They begin setting up their pathways and lights in October, that is the reason that the cut off date for storage this year is on October 17th.  

 

We will have ONE DAY available in December (December 12th by appointment only) where we can access BLDG E (covered, not enclosed storage) if you need to bring something in later.

 

Due to the Light Show this year, after October 17th, there is no way of removing anything from storage until February 1st(weather dependent) due to the lights/paths being removed.

 

Minimum two-month deposit upon check-in. Balance paid upon pick up no later than March 30th. Vehicles will not be processed without checking in through the office located in the Event Center.

These storage areas are located in barns and outdoors. We do recommend vehicles are securely tarped/covered.​

​

The vehicle owner must provide their own insurance coverage. WCAS is not responsible for any damages during storage. ​

 

* Can't make either of these dates? Please call the office to schedule an appointment.   You must fill our your paperwork first in the office.  NO VEHICLES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PROPER PAPERWORK.
