From October 1st - April 30th , you can store your vehicle in our enclosed facilities. The monthly storage fee is $75 per month per vehicle up to 40' length for pavilion coverage (Building E).Vehicles 40' in length and more will be charged $100 per month. Vehicles stored in our enclosed barn areas will be charged $100 per month per vehicle up to 40' in length, and $125 per vehicle per month for vehicles over 40' in length.
First two months rent is due upon check in time. Vehicles will not be processed without checking in through the office.
The vehicle owner must provide their own insurance coverage. WCAS is not responsible for any damages during storage.
Stall Rental
The Warren County Fairgrounds offers 500 stalls for rent as well as available tack rooms and corrals. Horsemen have access to the half-mile track which is maintained by Grounds staff to ensure training year-round. In addition, there is a jog track, tack shop, and track kitchen on site. The Fairgrounds is a short drive from both Miami Valley Gaming and Racing as well as Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway.
