Warren County Junior Fair Sale Committee is seeking sealed bids for anyone interested in managing and clerking the 2026 Junior Fair Sale.
Requirements:
· Manage livestock auction software, FairEntry, before, during and after the fair.
· Provide at least 5-6 personnel for auction days to enter/confirm buyer registration, answer questions, set up required technology, record bids, and collect payments.
· Provide a project manager who is available on site throughout the week and each auction day
· Create the sale bills. All copies must be available for buyer pick up 2 hours ahead of time
· Generate required reports following each sale in a timely manner
· Ensure accuracy of all data following the sales including buyer’s information, buyer purchases and packer destinations
· Complete and distribute first round of buyer statements within one week following the end of the fair
The deadline to submit a sealed bid via mail/hand delivered to 665 N Broadway St Lebanon OH 45036 is February 25th. The Warren County Junior Fair Livestock Sale Committee will reach out following the February 26th meeting for additional steps. The committee may request proposal presentations. The committee reserves the right to sign a multiyear contract if they choose.
