Notice of Special Meeting

WCAS Board will be holding a special board meeting February 4, 2026 at 6pm in the Warren County Fairgrounds Event Center. The special meeting is for:

Discussion and action regarding retention of legal counsel for pending litigation against Arla Tannehill and Chris Lutmer, including consideration of funding through the 15% errors and omissions insurance coverage or, alternatively, full cost payment by the Board.

Discussion regarding the Agricultural Society’s rights under Ohio Revised Code in relation to the county’s proposed sale of the fairgrounds.

Discussion and possible action concerning recent correspondence from the Auditor of State’s Office regarding findings of the latest audit.
