Job description: The Maintenance Director plans, performs, and oversees all facilities and grounds maintenance for the Warren County Fairgrounds. This is a working director role: the successful candidate will personally complete a large share of repairs and grounds work while also organizing seasonal help, contractors, and volunteers; preparing the grounds for events and the annual Fair; maintaining equipment; and advising the Board on repair priorities, safety issues, and capital needs.
